We provide products specific to customers' requirements ranging from 4mm to 170mm outside diameter with wall thicknesses down to 0.5/0.7mm in a wide range of
alloys and tempers . Whilst the majority of production relates to round tubes we also have regular requirements for shapes including rectangular and flat sided ovals.
We complement this production with expertise in short piece cutting. Cut parts are carefully weigh-counted using high precision electronic scales before being packed in custom made fanfold boxes or cartons. These are labelled with full description, part and order number, etc. to facilitate identification by customers. 'In house' manipulation and fabrication to include bulging, swaging, punching, etc. is also available.
Another option we can provide is COIL FORM TUBE. This is ideal for customers who require a continuous flow of raw material through automatic machinery in order for them to maximise their production. Coil form is offered in a size range of between 4mm and 12mm O/D and in 30-40kg per coil.
Polishing, Anodising or Powder Coating in a variety of colours can also be provided.
