Precision Drawn Aluminium tube: Produced from 'PORTHOLE' and 'SEAMLESS' extrusion up to 6000mm in length.
Short cut pieces : Tubular, round or otherwise can be parted off to precision tolerances. Round section from 4mm up to 25mm outside diameter can be cut as short as 4mm. The standard tolerance limits on short cut pieces of 90mm lengths and smaller are +/- 0.25mm. This tolerance can be offered on longer lengths but should be confirmed at the time of enquiry/quotation.
Finishing
: Facilities exist for wire brush deburring, barrel rumbling and Vibratory Bowl deburring. Subsequent cleaning in aqueous solution or solvent provides burr free parts of a superior finish.
